Workforce Housing

The NTCA is leveraging TOT-TBID Dollars At Work to address the need for workforce housing with short-term, medium-term, and long-term solutions. In the short-term, funds are being allocated to programs that have the ability to house members of the local workforce immediately or in the very near term. Medium-term efforts include supporting initiatives that will generate new workforce housing options or otherwise serve the unmet needs of members of the North Lake Tahoe workforce searching for local housing. Long-term, the NTCA is committed to supporting the construction of workforce housing in our community.
